An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the environment function for EC Harris Middle East, an Arcadis company. Reporting to the Group of Environment you will be responsible for the following:
please note we are looking for a business lead candidate rather than project lead experience,
Develop and Create the Environmental Plann9ing proposition in the region
Working with internal industry sector leads to increase revenue within the region
Strategy ownership - developing the strategy for EP within the region
Working with the Global lead in relation to sales and building pipeline of the business within the Middle East
Build and Grow the team and their capabilities
Requirements
Candidates must come from a solid business lead function in a construction/consultancy organisation.
You will currently lead the EP/EHSIA team for the business.
Demonstrate leadership skills and lead from the front in relation to strategy design, building pipeline and offering solutions to clients.
Candidates must have significant experience in building relationships with clients, specifically in the oil and gas/public sector .
Ideally the successful candidate will have significant Middle East experience, this is desirable but not essential.
Successful Strategy writing experience, building a successful internal business within Environment Planning
you will have previous experience working project based within a clients site, understanding the process of project management within EP, this is previously and the recent experience will be sector lead within a business.
15 to 20 years experience in environment planning,
