Equipment Reliability Coordinator

Job description / Role

Objective: Equipment Reliability Strategy Coordinator

1. Work with site and envelope Reliability and Maintenance engineers to develop specific list of required Equipment Reliability Strategies.
2. Work with Site Reliability Engineering Supervisor to develop execution plans and schedules based on the priority for Equipment Reliability Strategy development.
3. Work with envelope reliability and maintenance engineers to gather vendor installation and operations manuals (IMOI) and extract the required data.
4. Establish methodology to collect missing IMOI data
5. Develop site and envelop Equipment Reliability Strategies based on the priority defined in the execution plan and schedule.
6. Understands the economic impact of decisions associated with the PPM and spare parts programs and provides technical input in the Equipment Reliability Strategies.
7. Gathers appropriate PPM information to be performed on existing or new equipment through research of vendor information, project team members, discipline subject matter experts, modeling outputs, Reliability Centered Maintenance work tools, results of historical data, etc.
8. Develop and/or leverage best practices to enhance the Reliability and PPM strategies across the facilities.
9. Develop identified PPM and Rebuild/Overhaul procedures identified in the Equipment Reliability Strategies.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc Degree
Nature and length of previous experience: 10 years
Specialist knowledge: Rotating and Static Equipment, Heavy Industrial Machine equipment
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Lead coordinator, you will be able to plan and strategise and ensure reports are maintained.
Age Range: 35 - 55
Gender Preference: male
Nationality Preference: Western (English speaking preferred) However Indian and Filipino applicants can apply
Language Fluency: English Essential with Arabic and advantage
