RequirementsRequirementsComplete O&M of Ericsson BSC and RNC, Ericsson BTS and NodeB Fault Restoration / TT handling / Alarm handling Configuration Management (Retune of Access Network) Work Order(WO) and Change Request(CR) handling Incident Management (& Post incident reviews) & MI (Major Incident) handling 2nd level troubleshooting (APZ 212 33c,55,60, APG40, APG43, NWI, Switch) PAR Handling and technical Impact Analysis. Ba ckup and Restore Administration. (STS, AP Backup, CP Backup, Audit log) 2nd level Routine/Preventive Maintenance (Health Check) Software update and Upgrades FNI and Roll Out(Both CP & AP upgrade) Customer complain Management BTS Rehoming, BSC migration, Lac split activities Account and Access Administration (Security Incident Investigation). Network Performance Monitoring, Performance analysis, dig down the problem and provide solution (CSSR, Call Drop, TCH assignment success rate, TCH drop, SD drop, HO success rate, TCH/SDCCH Congestion/Blocking etc.) KPI analysis and set improvement plan to reach the target. BSC capacity expansion/reduction on regular basis (TRA, STM, RPG3, RPP etc.) BSC Re-homing/ Site Re-homing/Migration, RBS integration Proficient in using OSS tools like CNA, OPS, SMO, Activity Manager, RPMO(Real Time Performance Monitoring) etc Proficient in developing OPS script for various status and make report and to make work smoother Use of Business Object(BO) to collect performance report and make decision. Prepare MS Capacity Report and drive to Sign off on |
