Ericsson 3G Optimization Engineer

Job description / Role

Minimum of 3 years Ericsson 3G optimization experience and 5 years RF optimization experience in general
Experience on W10 software release or newer.
Multicarrier experience.
KPI Optimization, tuning and monitoring.
Feature knowledge and feature optimization experience.
Optimization troubleshooting skills
Excellent knowledge in GPEH traces, cells traces and UE traces.
Excellent hands on for post dive test tool like: TEMS Inv, TEMS Discovery, Actix Analyzer / Spotlight.
Tools experience in: Business Object, Pro-Optima, ITK, Mapinfo, Atoll, OSS-RC / citirix / moshell, Nexplorer, Nettuner
Good moshell command handling.
Solid WCDMA theoretical and practical knowledge.

Requirements

Atleast Graduate in Telecom or Equivalent
