Employment: Full Time

An international Faciilties Management company is seeking to recruit a highly experienced estates manager to look after some extremely prestigious premises.

The estate will consist of Palaces and VIP residences so the individual will be liaising with these individuals on a day to day basis, In addition to being able to manage all the usual facilities you must be able to manage all the MEP services.

This is a great role with a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

Candidates must possess previous experience of dealing with VIP Clients and must possess first class communication skills and be comfortable working in a high level and top class environment.

Candidates must also possess a very strong engineering background ideally qualified to degree level.
