Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Review contract scope of work and specifications. This is for Offshore Modules and Living Quarters.
- Preparation of design drawings and Material Take Offs (MTOs) related to architectural works.
- Preparation of Equipment/ Material Requisitions.
- Upon receiving vendors proposals, review of the technical and commercial proposals and provide evaluation / recommendations.
- Preparation of Equipment/ Material Approval Requests and follow up on approval with client.
- Update all design and construction drawings related to architectural works and follow up on approvals.
- Design engineer shall be assisted by a team of ACAD draftsmen for preparation of drawings and MTOs.

Requirements

- Should have 5 years experience in the estimation field.
- Should have GS background.
- Should have design experience / background.
- Shall be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Should be conversant with ms excel
- Should have experience in offshore buildings, or at least in structural steel buildings. And should be familiar with related material specifications.
