Job description / Role
- Handling assigned Request for Quotations in accordance with the company pricing standards.
- Ensuring the standards TAT (Turn Around Time) and response time targets for assigned quotations are met.
- Co-coordinating with Sales to ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Responsible for ensuring cost effective/ alternative solutions & error free quotation to customers.
- Coordinate with factory on product technical inquiries and pricing.
Requirements
- Timely submission of quotations as per set standards.
- Error free quotations (1st instance).
- Timely submission of Management reports.
- Engineering Graduate preferably.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledgeable in Door Hardware.
- Experience in estimation and customer service.
