Job description / Role
Estimation Engineer
Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation
Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
Provide and maintain all backup documentation required for substations of claims / invoices.
Review drawings, specifications and all other construction documents
Maintenance and control of records related to all commercial activities as required by the contract conditions.
Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Degree Educated in related discipline
Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, trade practices. Good oral and written skills.
Complete knowledge of the estimating documents and the ability to provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of the documents.
Must be able to multitask and meet established deadlines.
Ability to participate as part of a team.
