Job description / Role
Our client is a well established luxury fit out design and build business. They have offices across the Middle East with a HQ in Bahrain. Involved in exciting and cutting edge projects, they are mainly concerned with 5 star hotels, palaces and high end retail fit out projects.
As they establish their presence in Saudi, they are looking for an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a role which requires extensive fit out estimating experience and knowledge of pricing of joinery, metallurgy items etc.

Requirements
Must have experience of measurement and taking off quantities for fit out projects and BOQ production with in depth knowledge of material and labour pricing.
Preference for a candidate to already be based in KSA, if not must be based in the Middle East region.
At least 7 years experience of estimation / QS work, the most recent with an interior fit out business.
