Job description / Role
Looking for an Estimator who upon joining us can assist the estimating team in preparing a realistic and competitive estimate of the cost of labor and material required for projects, enabling the senior management to evaluate economic viability and decide upon participation in tenders.
Requirements
As an estimator you will be responsible for procuring labor/material, vetting quotations; preparing upon award of the project a summary of the job including cost of labor, material, quantity and quality of the material required strictly as per the specification of the client to ensure that they are as per the prescribed parameters; assist estimating manager in implementing estimating strategies and plans.
Interior fit out experience is a must; you should possess relevant qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years experience as an estimator. Working knowledge of the CCS estimating package as well as a good local knowledge of suppliers and subcontractors is also a must.
