The RoleThe RoleA well reputed regional interior fit-out specialist is looking to recruit Estimators with previous Interior Fit-Out experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical specification, estimation, cost analysis and B.O.Q. The candidate should also be capable of compiling quantities/estimates on spreadsheets and have knowledge of site surveys, execution and methods. Interpreting and understanding tender information Assessing the project and organising Sub-Contract enquiries/quotations Assembling costs/rates and preparing net estimate for review by senior management Identifying commercial risks and opportunities Finalising tender submission documents for clients Post-tender and post-contract analysis and review/feedback when required Attending pre-award meetings and assisting in negotiations with clients Working with the Operations Manager to ensure estimates and tender intentions are effectively communicated Assisting the Operations Manager during the early stages of the project |
RequirementsRequirements Prior experience in interior fit-out and joinery estimation is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with previous GCC experience. Should have strong organization skills. Candidate must be self-motivated. |
