The RoleThe RoleMy client are an International turnkey Interior Design & fitout company with over 200 employees between Dubai & Qatar. Due to their excellent reputation & 35 years+ industry experience they have won a number of Interior projects. You must have had retail Interior project experience to be considered for this position. Salary expectations between 12-20,000 SR dependent on experience. • Preparation of detailed B.O.Q with clear specifications • Preparation of contract agreement • Negotiation and finalization of subcontracting works • Preparation of comparison sheets • Coordinating between clients, consultants, design and procurement team • Preparing variation statements • Site visit if required. |
RequirementsRequirements• Minimum two years experience in interior turnkey projects. • Degree/Diploma or any certificate course in civil engineering / interior designing/architecture. |
