This is an opportunity to join a well established UAE based company specialising in Security related construction projects
The Role:
To lead in the finalization of the civil and building works cost estimates, negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers, Prepare bid summaries for all sub-contracts, negotiate & agree sub-contract, arrange for material procurement schedule, material reconciliation, preparations of measurement sheets.
Requirements
At least 5 – 10 years’ experience in developing and finalising civil engineering and building works cost estimates and risk assessments. Needs to have a specific working experience in GCC in Civil engineering and building infrastructure works, understand various industry cost models, able to build or use estimating spread sheets for civil and construction work estimates, bring best practice with respect to estimating first principles. Must have experience of pricing civil engineering and building works projects in the GCC and broader region.
Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization on Estimation and/or Quantity Surveying.
