Event Planner

Job description / Role

My client, an events company, is currently looking to recruit an Events Planner to join their team. The role consists of the following,

- Plan, Coordinate all aspects of an event, build and meet timelines
- Multi-tasking
- Creative thinking
- Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security

Requirements

- Must be able to plan and coordinate all aspects of an event, build and meet timelines
- He/she should be able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a deadline driven environment
- The Event Planner must be a creative thinker and have the ability to collect and analyse detailed information
- Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Exposure to the UAE's Events industry
