Job description / Role
Our client is an award winning PR and Events Agency, and is currently looking for an Events Associate Account Director for their Dubai Office.
As the Events Associate Account Director you will be hands on and responsible for leading a passionate Events team ensuring the success of client events, and to develop new business in order to continue to grow their business. To build a team of individuals who continuously improve their skills, knowledge and experience.
Some responsibilities will include:
* Client Servicing and Management
* Event and Project Management
* Business Development
* Team Management & Leadership
* Financial Planning
* Administration
Requirements
As the ideal candidate it is essential that you have:
* Bachelor degree preferably in Events Management, Business or Marketing
* 6+ years experience in the events industry, with 1+ experience in a similar role
* Proven ability of leading project teams with complex events
* Proven success with creative conceptualisation
* Knowledge of technical aspects and production for event execution
* UAE Event/PR industry insight and network
* Digital / Social Media proficiency
* Microsoft package proficiency
