Job description / Role
- To oversee the smooth functioning of the store assisting the Store manager in daily operations.
- Passionate for selling with excellent product knowledge to up sell and link sell all products, activities and services of the store.
- Follow up on stock and merchandise sales.
- Assist in staff training.
- Complete store operational requirements by supporting staff.
- Assist Manager in yearly planning yearly objectives.
- Handles situations that arise from customer issues or complaints
- Manage and handle staff issues or grievances.
- Find solutions to challenges faced in the work place
- Meet customers and understand their requirements and work on proposals for party plans and activities
- Promotional activities
- Responsible for the team coordination in all activities and events
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assisting Manager in internal and external tasks
- Maintaining Customer records.
- Store related tasks required, such as answering phone, floor stocking, cycle stock counts, inventory and cash procedures.
- Cover any extra hours or tasks before or after if required.
- Ensure store is open on time and covering shift if necessary.
- Timely submission of required tasks or reports.
- Being extremely caring and have an intrinsic inclination for children.
- Maintain and uphold safety regulations and standards by identifying and correcting conditions that affect the Customer, store and staff.
- Ensure cleanliness of the store and that it complies with all rules and regulations.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with UFC and staff.
- Understand the customer requirements and needs to maintain a quality service and loyalty.
Requirements
- Diploma from a registered institution in a related field such as Teaching, early childhood learning, event management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role dealing with children
