The RoleThe RoleOur client, an established Events & Marketing Company, currently seeks an Events Manager for their international operations in Saudi Arabia. With links and support of an international major holding group, this exciting opportunity will be responsible for creating and delivering events for clients. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the proven performer we seek will be responsible for: Creating events on behalf of third parties, both corporate and governmental entities Planning and executing future events and forums (indoor and outdoors) Co-ordinating with vendors, clients and sub-contractors Organizing required resources within company or through outsourcing Negotiating and closing deals Acting as Project Manager for clients exhibitions/events as required Building and developing new business relationships and new events opportunities Building, developing and maintaining business relationships with current clients Producing periodic performance reports to management |
RequirementsRequirementsThe attributes we seek for this successful candidate include: Relevant Business Degree Minimum 3 years experience in events management Ability to use Microsoft office (word, excel, power point) Elegant and good communication skills Must be a self starter and team player Experience working in the Middle East essential Some travel will be required as per business requirements A competitive salary package will be offered to attract exceptional candidates to this growth organization.
