Job description / Role
Are you looking to work for a dynamic and established Events and Exhibitions company?
Our client is looking to recruit a driven Events and Exhibitions Marketing Manager, for its Dubai based office.
This is a very busy role where you will create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the entire exhibition including exhibitor, conference and visitor campaigns. You will set out and monitor entire budget, drop schedule and media plans using the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and events. Naturally, you should be comfortable working in a diverse and fun team with previous experience of updating show websites, setting up media deals and working on diverse direct marketing campaigns. You will also be managing a PR agency and suppliers, in co-ordination with the Exhibition Director/Manager & Group Marketing Manager.
Additionally, you will coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, conference brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails etc. Use new media tools such as social platforms, to create new marketing channels and copy write and proof all marketing materials.
Requirements
As the successful candidate you must have events marketing experience coupled with a thorough understanding of direct marketing initiatives including mail and email marketing. You should also have database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting and online marketing experience to include search engine optimisation and banner placement.
