Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of Job:
To manage the non-IELTS examinations business in the UAE to the highest standards of efficiency and service in exam administration, operations, finance, customer service, and ensure full compliance with required standards. To support Regional Exams Manager (REM) / Country Exams Manager (CEM) in ensuring excellence, advise and support operational development programme for more effective and efficient working.

Increasing competition, economic challenges and changing patterns of customer demand mean that we need to establish excellence of systems, and efficiencies to maintain and enhance the business. Operational and security procedures must meet the highest quality standards.

Salary Package
Basic Salary: AED 10,350/-
Housing Allowance per month: AED 5,400/-

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge
• Business Management and Development skills: managing risk, resource management, monitoring & evaluation, managing relationships with customers and product and service development
• Communication skills – speaking and listening skills, Understanding the audience, Knowledge sharing (equivalent to at least IELTS band 7)
• Excellent computer skills, especially Excel

Experience
• 4 years of management experience
• 2 years of financial management experience

Qualifications
• University degree - Business administration or finance qualification
