Salary Dhs19,000 to Dhs 23,000 Plus family benefits

On behalf of our client, a leading Hotel / Serviced Suites group, we are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Manager to manage the Dubai Portfolio of four star Hotels and Serviced Suites.

As Executive Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Front Desk and Reservations, Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, Recreation, Sales, Food and Beverage and Revenue departments. You will interact with guest and external parties, potential clients, travel industry representatives in addition to government officials. You will carry out weekly inspections and ensure physical facilities are maintained by implementing Preventative Maintenance Programme and Planning & Management.

You will assist in the development and implementation of the Rooms Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget and Goals Programme to ensure ongoing guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have worked in a senior management role within 4 star or 5 star Hotels and Suites and should possess a strong background in increasing occupancy levels.

You should have experience developing and promoting good internal relations and you will display a positive and pleasant manner at all times to promote a good company image.

You must have experience working with and supporting the Sales and Marketing team with the development of new sales and marketing strategies.
As the Executive Manger, you will have previous experience analysing and reporting competitor bench marking and identifying new users groups relating to leisure and wellness.

You will display high level of professionalism, work ethic and posititve attitude to all parties and employees and will have been actively involved in Training and Development programmes along with ensuring that all standards required by Law are adhered to.
