Job description / Role
Work activities include:
• Correspondence with suppliers
• Pricing
• Meeting with clients and explaining about the products
• Handling petty cash
• Receiving the goods and delivery notes
• Preparing invoices and receipts
• Arranging appointments
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or accounting and 3 years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 3 Years of practices of Administrative work
• Expert in Outlook, excel, word.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Presentable and have excellent communication skills.
• Friendly and have the team spirit.
• Ability to commit to the working (8 hours).
