Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Miller Hay are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant with very strong numerical / analytical skills for our client an International Insurance organisation based in Dubai.

Salary is 15,000 AED + benefits.

- End to end organisation of meetings including preparation, minute taking and follow up.
- Client and inter-departmental liaison.
- Diary management including arranging both internal and external meetings.
- Extensive travel arrangements.
- Processing of expenses and completion of expense claims and invoices.
- Regular interaction with assistants (internal and external companies) including coordinating conference calls with international offices and managing different time zones.
- Booking business travel and accommodation, visas, meeting rooms, conference calls, restaurants, cars etc.
- Update executive contacts in Outlook.
- Assisting with PowerPoint presentations, formatting, creating slides.

Requirements

- Have advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Have strong numerical / analytical skills.
- Have excellent communication skills and be extremely professional at all times.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach with the ability to fully understand the nature of the business and products.
- Have the ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, manage workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Be extremely flexible and willing to work additional hours and travel when required.
- Thrive in a dynamic business where accuracy, hard work and flexibility are imperative.
- Have the ability to work with various personality types.
- Be extremely organised, excellent attention to detail and follow-through and delivery.
- Be resourceful and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Be trustworthy, honest and have integrity.
