Job description / Role
My client is currently seeking an experienced EA to support the Marketing Manager within a fast paced and high pressure environment. The EA will be responsible for the following:
- Diary Management
- Travel Arrangement
- Creating extensive and detailed PowerPoint presentations
- Dealing with queries via telephone and email
- Meeting room management
- Meeting and greeting clientele
- General administrative support
Requirements
- Previous EA experience based within a fast paced environment
- English must be the mother tongue language
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Full competencies in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
- A team player
