Job description / Role
Our client is a high-level firm, based in the DIFC. Having a team of more than 30 international and highly qualified staff, they are currently looking for a top, high-level Personal Assistant that speaks fluent Mandarin.
In this role, you will be assisting a Senior member of the management team. Your responsibilities will include travel arrangements, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors at all levels, and the overall administrative support to the Senior member.
Requirements
- University degree
- Ability to tactfully interact with senior professionals at all levels
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Organized, committed, reliable and discrete professional
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Should be based in Dubai
