Executive Assistant / PA

Job description / Role

Abu Dhabi Based Construction business established 38 Years is looking to recruit an Arabic Executive Assistant / PA to work closely with the CEO & COO.

Based full time in Abu Dhabi you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various requirements for the Upper Management .

These duties could range from booking flights, coordinating & taking minutes, answering the phone & booking appointments, making presentations to internal and external clients for bids & power point presentations.

The job requires someone fully committed to managing the diaries for 2 fast paced individuals working long and stressful hours.

At times you maybe required to start work earlier at 7am or stay late until 8pm however this wont be a regular occurrence.

They dont want to recruit a clock watcher thats not got there mind in the game for them. This role will require patience, good communication skills, good time management and good inter personal skills.

Your CV & Career history will clearly show career loyalty and progression in what you do. You will be required if successful to provide 2-3 Number References for NSR Associates to follow up on.

Requirements

Overview:
Construction Business - Established 38 Years

5 Day working week 8 am to 6 pm
Package on offer ranging from 18-24,000 AED Plus Flights & Medical
They want to recruit an Arabic speaker & Ideally aged from 28-40 Years of Age
Will have a loyal career history as a PA/ Executive Assistant

Experience within the Construction sector would be desirable but not essential
Long hours maybe required depending upon work load inline with CEO &COO
