Executive Assistant - Abu Dhabi

Our client a global professional services company are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for their Abu Dhabi office.

This is an exciting role with growth opportunity for a bright and experienced EA.

The ideal person will be highly detail orientated and can cope well under pressure; the role is to support one Senior Director. Salary: 19,000 AED, role is in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Diary management and scheduling of appointments
- Taking minutes and attending meetings where necessary
- Managing complex itineraries for international travel.
- Arranging meetings and transfers, booking meeting rooms and conference calls
- Processing expenses
- Screening incoming emails and corresponding on behalf of the Director
- Ensure the Senior Director is well prepared for meetings, conduct research and present findings, file relevant correspondence and update CRM data post meetings
- Assisting with logistics (facility bookings, catering, drivers, couriers, etc) and tracking expenses for conferences, workshops, project meetings
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in an executive support or administration role within a professional services or corporate environment
- Attention to detail, producing quality work that is of the highest standard in an efficient and timely manner
- Ability to work under pressure, to short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Ability to use own initiative, manage time and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Demonstrate a flexible approach with a can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels with discretion and tact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Professional demeanor
- Trustworthy and discrete
