Job description / Role
BWP are please to present an opportunity of a top level Executive Assistant for a client in central Abu Dhabi the role will report directly in to the Global Head.
Salary 25,000 AED
Duties:
- Direct report in to the global Head
- Working in a very high pressure environment
- Diary & calender management
- Prepare & review reports and emails
- Arrange travel, accommodation & flights
- Support business requirements
- Market Research & presenting findings
- Project Management
- Secretarial & administrative support, screening calls emails
- Monitor expenses
- Update Financial reports
- Organize Meetings
- Take minutes in meetings
Requirements
- Western National requested
- Minimum 5 years at CEO level experience
- Excellent English language well spoken English Grammar
- Late 20's early 30's
- Great communication skills
- Professional
- Corporate
- Able to work under pressure
- Confidentiality
- Financial Industry or a multinational industry background essential
- IT literate in Microsoft Office
