Job description / Role
- Manage and maintain the Country Managers diary and email accounts
- Diary Management across multiple time zones involving senior stakeholders
- To prepare confidential and sensitive correspondence, reports, statistical data and other documentation
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems (physical and email)
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference materials, client/executive meetings
- Responsible for all travel arrangements including visa arrangement, flight booking & accommodation.
- Pro-actively prepare information for distribution across different communications channels - internal publications, the intranet, meetings, conferences, presentations etc within required timescales
- Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Country Manager by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a large Multinational company in an Executive assistant/PA role at a Senior Management level
- Extensive experience of diary management in Outlook
- Previous Travel and accommodation arrangement
- Experience of successfully working with senior management (essential)
- Expert level in the use of Outlook
- Intermediate level in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English
