The RoleThe RoleMy client is one of the UAE's leading financial institutions and is invariably among the highest performing banks in the region. My client has built a strong reputation within its industry over the last 44 years. They pride themselves on the quality of their employees, high standards of service and wide range of innovative products. Due to the ongoing expansion in the UAE they are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Based in Dubai, the principal responsibility of this position is to provide efficient and effective organizational support to the CEO helping him develop, prioritize and manage his agenda of critical business priorities. The role will also include extensive travel arrangements, diary management, arranging meetings and events and coordinating office support services. |
RequirementsRequirementsAs the successful candidate, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience supporting senior management ideally with a banking background. You must have strong communication skills in English. You should have exceptional organization, attention to detail and time management skills. You must have the ability to demonstrate interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with all levels of an organization. |
