Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, is the world’s leading healthcare company is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant

Purpose:
To cover a broad spectrum of functions, including general Administration and travel management to ensure smooth operations within the organization while upholding the company’s mission and vision and adhering to its set standards.

Specific Outcomes / Accountability:

•Provide Secretarial assistance to the CFO

•Day to day operations and management of the office

•Arrange business trips, diary management for the CFO

•Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, including drafting replies, answering queries, and or referring the same to the CFO.

•Handle sensitive and confidential correspondence and information

•Typing of documents, reports, presentations, etc

•Maintain an efficient filing and records keeping system

•Handling appointments, arranging meetings via Web Video Conference (Tele Presence), arranging approvals on behalf of the Managers and various day to day activities.

•General assistance to the HR Business Partner ie annual leave requests, sickness notification, visa processing, induction of new employees

•Deal with Immigration authorities for renewal of company legal documents.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

•Bachelor degree/Professional certificate in Business Administration or equivalent

•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word / Excel & PowerPoint

•2-3 years of experience in secretarial /administration position

•Ability to act and operate independently with minimal direction from superior to accomplish objectives.

•Effective organization skills and ability to prioritize

•Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

•Ability to work in a fast paced international environment

•Fluent in English.
