Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, an exciting and well know worldwide brand based in DAFZA is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant cum Office Manager to support the General Manager, Commercial Manager and Finance Manager.

This position is permanent and they are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible. This is an amazing opportunity and for the right person you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a lot and add value to the company!

You will not only be supporting 3 members of the Senior Management team but you will also be supporting an office of 18 with travel arrangements, visas and basic administration as required.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Booking and coordinating extensive travel arrangements and creating detailed travel itineraries
- Compiling all data and administration for visas and liaising with the PRO making sure all is followed up and processed correctly
- Diary management for 3 members of the Senior Management team
- Coordinating detailed business plans from 5 GM's across the company world wide and making sure these have been uploaded, proof-read and edited correctly
- Attend high level meetings, take minutes and type them up accordingly
- Feel confident in creating reports and presentations
- Submit reports to the finance department when required
- Manage the Office Boy and Receptionist
- Responsible for the office maintenance
- Order and keep track of the stationary
- Support the office with all visas/travel arrangements
- Coordinate company events and meetings

The right candidate needs to be bright, proactive and highly experienced as well as having a positive and ambitious outlook.

Salary AED 15,000

Requirements

This role is very busy, fast paced and the right person must be able to prioritise and multitask.

- You must have a positive attitude and the drive to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar position
- Ideally Western Educated
- Excellent attention to detail
- MUST have UAE experience working in a similar role
- MUST have experience of applying and processing for visas in multiple countries
