Job description / Role

The Role:
The role supports the CEO and as such, it is complex, dynamic and demands the most exacting standards. It is a busy role, requiring the candidates to be adaptable, flexible and very proactive. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, complex travel/diary management, creating and managing highly confidential files and records, presentation preparation, a high level of international client and VIP liaison, ad hoc project management and event management. There will be strong emphasis on report writing and preparing complex presentations and candidates should be able to manage their own time effectively and possess strong decision making ability in the absence of the CEO.

Requirements

The candidate should have intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as be advanced in Outlook and Word. Skill set, followed by cultural fit are the two most important criteria including professionalism, open communication, strong follow up skills and good team playing ability.

Candidates should possess at least 3-4 years experience (preferably within the UAE) and strong preference will be given to those candidates who come from the service / hospitality sector.

Although this role is based in the corporate offices in the property, due to the seniority of the role and the individual it reports to, candidates must possess an element of flexibility and demonstrate commitment to the position.
