Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their organisation, this is an exciting and diverse role within an international Family Office.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Role:

Executive calendar management, liaising with both internal and external parties
Efficiently manage all corporate travel arrangements
Manage all Executive meetings, preparation for meetings including presentations and/or relevant documentation and providing secretarial functions to support those meetings
Answer phone calls and receive business guests, in a professional and efficient manner, acting as a good ambassador for the private office
Undertake research projects, analyse data and present findings accordingly
Be involved in the success of the private office by creating initiatives and leading improvements in processes and procedures
Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Support colleagues in helping to successfully drive through projects as a team, where relevant

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant is a similar role, ideally working for an international Family Office
Self motivated, highly organised, excellent attention to detail, efficient and one step ahead
Proven ability to lead a project, working remotely or as part of a small team
Polished and professional at all times
Salary is 23,000 AED + benefits
