Executive Assistant

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a large construction group based in Dubai. With continued year-on-year expansion they are now looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join the business to run the Chairmans office.

As Executive Assistant you will work alongside the Chairmans Personal Assistant to ensure his business and private affairs are in order. You will schedule extensive travel arrangements, organise visas, manage his diary and book all meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes at meetings and for following up all action points. In addition, you will deal with senior level individuals and VIP clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree from a Western institution.
- You should have more than 4 years experience in an Executive Assistant position together with experience from within the UAE.
- You should be immaculately presented as well as highly organised and able to work in a pressurised environment.
- You will frequently be required to work long hours, so a large degree of flexibility is imperative.

Our client has specified a preference for a native English speaker as most meetings will be undertaken in English.
