Job description / Role
Our client based in the DIFC are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work with 2-3 Executives directly reporting into the Office Manager
Salary 15-17,000 AED
Duties:
- Diary Management of on line bookings, appointments and arranging meetings
- Organizing meetings
- Call management
- Email management
- Travel bookings & accommodation management
- Collating expenses , preparing monthly reports
- Preparing Board rom meets & refreshments
- General administration
- Preparing proposals
- Marketing assistance
- Document control, typing letters, emails and memo's
Requirements
- University Degree
- Min 3 years PA -Executive Assistant experience
- Experience within a professional service Industry
- Female requested
- Arabic Speaker Ideally Trilingual in Arabic, English & French is clients preference
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Corporate in appearance
- Warm, friendly and able to multitask
- Flexible
