Job description / Role
Salary - AED 17,000 + flight, medical, bonus
Location - Dubai
Develop working relationships with external clients
Receive VIP guests using correct etiquette and showing the ability to build rapport
Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper)
Type and prepare proposals, letters, memoranda, reports and client invoices
Manage and maintain regular calendar and travel arrangements
Audio dictation of reports and correspondence
Ensure a consistently high level of presentation and accuracy is maintained when it comes to correspondence, reports, documents and dictation
Maintain highest level of internal and external confidentiality
Provide back-up administrative support to co-workers
Perform general office duties/assistance as needed as part of a team
Organize and schedule external and internal meetings
Proof reading and correction of documents and all other collateral
Correction of written English grammar and form where appropriate
Prepare and circulate meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, take and distribute meeting notes, follow up on action items
Update mailing lists and databases
Requirements
Maturity and flexibility to work both independently and in cooperation with others
High level of self-motivation and initiative
Ability to handle one’s own workload and prioritize accordingly
Strong command of the English language. An extra language will hugely benefit applicants.
Excellent organizational skills
Very high level attention to detail and accuracy
Meticulous nature
Ability to multi-task and complete a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree or secretarial school degree
At least three years administrative support experience, preferably at a professional services firm
Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Minimum typing speed: 50 wpm
Service oriented, flexible, attentive to detail, team player
