Job description / Role
- Handling and directing incoming calls
- Makes the necessary contacts as per instruction
- Receives and handles incoming mail and prepare replies
- Prepares the periodical project follow up reports
- Makes arrangement for meetings, attending meetings and preparing minutes.
- Maintains necessary data and records for future reports
- Keep and manages an efficient filing and archiving system
- Coordinate and follow up with other work units as instructed
- Process all request/correspondence deemed to be administrative in nature
- Assumes line authority and responsibility as delegated
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Office Management, Business Course
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 Years minimum
- Specialist knowledge: Office Management
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: organized, critical thinker, team player, confidential subjects keeper
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic
- Current Location: Jeddah KSA
