Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage routine correspondence and ensure timely responses and follow-up.
- Organize/schedule internal and external appointments.
- Maintain filing system in line with established document retention program.
- Organize travel plans and other related arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations, including proficient use of PowerPoint.
- Organize and maintain up-to-date contact/address books to facilities client relationships and departments business.
- Maintain/follow up with other departments on outstanding issues.
- Prepare expense reports, reconcile imprest account, track department expenses and monitor actual expenses against budget.
- Assist the Department to meet corporate objectives.
- Assist other members of the team with any required tasks.
- Undertake special projects as required.

Requirements

- Female
- Any nationality
- At least 3 years experiences as an Executive Secretary, preferably with a financial institution
- Strong English language both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
