Employment: Full Time

This role supports a highly successful CEO in their strategic, client driven function within the firm. Making the most efficient and effective use of this CEOs time will be your key responsibility. You will be constantly prioritising, preparing detailed research and itineraries, working pro-actively to keep abreast of client and firm-wide developments and running his office.

Duties will include complex travel/diary arrangements and the preparation of internal and external correspondence including presentations, e-mail management and telephone screening. You will also maintain close relationships with other Senior Executives within the group while handling and assisting in the preparation of highly confidential correspondence. You will have the ability to take on a wider responsibility due to your capabilities, but will have made the decision to remain in the role of Executive Assistant.

Requirements

With English as a first language, the successful candidate should be Western educated, meticulous and have the ability to proof-read documents and correspondence. You should have extensive experience of complex diary and travel co-ordination and a CV and work history that displays a minimum of five years' experience within a busy EA role within a corporate environment, ideally within the Financial Services Industry.

Advanced computer skills and excellent analytical skills are essential, as are exceptional organisational and communication skills. This role requires someone who is looking to relocate to Qatar for a long-term role, or who is already residing in Qatar, looking for the next challenging and highly rewarding role.
