Executive Assistant to Chairman

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with one of the most successful institutions in Qatar that is known for their innovation and customer focus. Our client is looking to hire an outstanding Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

As Executive Assistant, you will maximise the productivity of the CEOs time through intelligent control of access. You will establish and maintain good working relationships with Senior Management and interact with other direct reports in a mature and professional manner. You will also manage the CEOs strenuous international travel schedule and make decisions in his absence.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be proficient in MS Office and be able to produce highly accomplished correspondence and presentations. You should demonstrate a successful track record of business administration and acumen, ideally with international exposure and be able to work in partnership with Senior Management. You should be resourceful, independent, have impeccable skills and be attracted to the idea of contributing "outside of the box". It is essential you are flexible in your working hours to meet the demands of the CEO.
