Executive Assistant to Head of Department - Contract / Temp role

Typical responsibilities of the job include:

Answering telephone calls
Maintaining diaries
Arranging appointments
Taking messages
Typing and word processing
Filing
Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing databases
Prioritizing workloads
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Liaising with relevant organizations
Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.

Someone who has prior experience in working with Embassy or Government has advantage

Requirements

Must haves :

Excellent English - (Written & Verbal)
Excellent Arabic - (Written & Verbal)
French is an advantage (Not must have)
