Employment: Full Time

The company is an education publishing and assessment service to schools and corporations, as well as directly to students and also owns various established educational media brands. The company operates in more than seventy countries and is headquartered in the UK with offices across Europe, Asia and South America.

We are currently looking to hire a full time Executive Assistant/Office Manager who will support the Managing Director. Our client is looking to hire a team player who can wear many hats. The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will also work closely with Sales, Accounting, Technology and other departments in the organization and applicants should have a customer-first attitude and be able to maintain composure under stress. You will be expected to think on your feet and produce a quick turn around on tasks.

Requirements

The successful applicant will be a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. You will have a keen eye for detail and have a tendency to be a bit of a perfectionist. Responsibilities include managing calendars and events, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, letters, agreements, presentations, etc.

The role requires strong Arabic and English correspondence with at least three years Executive Assistant/Office Management experience.
