Employment: Full Time

Executive Assistant to Regional CEO, MENAP

To provide full secretarial and admin support to Regional CEO and to ensure the smooth running of the Regional CEO office including delivery of quality service to the benefit of the Bank and customers, both external and internal.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Calendar management - schedule and rescheduling of meetings
* Make travel arrangements, processes of travel visas and hotel arrangements.
* Checking and Approving the RMS and other approvals for Regional CEO and team.
* Prepare correspondences, organise meetings, conferences & development of presentation
* Booking of meeting rooms and ensure the meetings that requires a room are accommodated.
* Handling of HR related matters, tracking of leave records, P3 and employee related issues
* Assist to make sure staff volunteering events are taken up for the year.
* Prepare and submit claims through the Bank's online system
* Ensuring that team mandatory e learning / training are in compliance
* Provide overall administrative support to the team members
* Coordinate overall department cost requests and processing
* Coordinate premises seating arrangement, floor plans and headcount growth
* Ensuring archives and files are maintained in effective format where necessary.
* Awareness of and adherence to SCB policies (i.e. travel).
* Effective communication with key stakeholders, both internal and external
* Understanding of key stakeholders and their relationship to manager's role

Requirements

* Senior level secretarial experience is a requirement.
* Comfortable dealing with senior management across different countries and cultures.
* A self-starter with a 'hands-on' style and able to operate with minimal guidance.
* Responsive and able to pay meticulous attention to detail (particularly in documents).
* Good communication skills with strong command of English.
* Reliable, discreet and diplomatic.
* A flexible approach to work and able to work overtime as required.
* A team player who demonstrates good interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicting priorities.
* Self-motivation, confident, enthusiasm and practical application.
* Able to multi-task and manage numerous deliverables effectively.
