Executive Assistant to Vice President

A multinational pharmaceutical and medical devices company is looking for a Executive Assistant to their VP. The EA will join their head office in Dubai.

With wide scope for career progression, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to join a growing team and be part of a progressive company.

Responsibilities:
- Organising business related events, conferences, travel and diary management
- Scheduling meetings for all line managers
- Managing the Travel and Entertainment
- Ensure audit readiness by frequently checking on filed documents, expenses.
- Extensive travel and diary arrangements

Requirements

- MUST be fluent in English
- 5 years experience as an EA in a demanding role supporting C level executives in a multinational organisation
- Well organised, exceptional at multitasking and willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Full working proficiency in Microsoft Office

All candidates MUST currently be based in the UAE.
