Executive Assistant to the CEO - GCC Region

We are currently recruiting for an extremely unique and quite special financial services firm where they pride themselves on their respect for a balanced life, their multi-cultural approach and belief in promoting career growth from within.

Within this busy and extremely interesting EA role, you will be supporting the CEO of the GCC region on a primary basis as well as some ad hoc support for four Executive Directors who report directly to the CEO. This will include all PA duties as well as project work, managing relationships with stakeholders and coordinating quarterly board meetings held locally or in Germany.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have extensive PA/ EA experience within finance, with a friendly, team orientated personality and a positive attitude. You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and presentation ability, possess sound communication skills and have a strong ability to establish positive working relationships across the business and externally. Excellent English language skills are vital and fluency in German or French would be advantageous.
