Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develops analytical models and tools to support scenario generation and trade-off analyses which include financial (revenue & cost), resource and strategic options analysis tools; develops and maintains templates used by the business to facilitate decision making.
- Manages analytics interface with Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate new business unit opportunities and drives development of business cases to support new strategic initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis to develop & re-engineer existing business processes to improve daily business work flow.
- Focuses on generating new leads with the aim of increasing the organization profitable or creating new ROI, by researching new techniques and technologies related to Foods core businesses (Livestock, PPP, Cold Store, Warehouse & inventory system).
- Undertake the automation implementation responsibilities with reference to procedures.
- Monitor the growth of the company based on previously set & plans and coordinate with Department Heads as well as the Sr. Manager Planning.
- Overall gathering of information & acquiring relevant knowledge on latest developments in Foods to assist Department heads in their business development plans and communicate with Business Development Director to agree on the direction of plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in IT, Industrial engineering or Business Process re-engineering.
- Experience: 4 6 Years of experience in developing businesses or relevant role.
