The Role


The Role


Our business belongs to the largest holding company in the UAE and acts as the strategic and operational driver of a selected group of entities, developing new markets to serve the development of Dubai. Our portfolio is divided into three core sectors, Energy & Healthcare, Tourism & Entertainment, and Industry & Knowledge.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef.

Your main duties will include the following:

Pre-opening:
Planning of all concepts with Retail F&B manager
Development of menus as per required concepts
Development of all kitchen layouts as per production method in conjunction with kitchen suppliers
Implementing food production logistics
Recruitment and training of all kitchen personnel
Developing recipes, market lists for all menus

Opening
Ensuring that all menus are implemented by skilled staff and that consistency is implemented
Ensuring that all kitchen logistics are in place and working (schedules, preparation methods)
Assist all kitchen staff in preparing dishes as per standards

Post Opening
Ensuring that agreed food costs are respected and improved
Ensuring all food is consistently produced as per agreed standards
Reducing costs wherever possible
Taking an active part into developing promotions

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail and Food and Beverage, you will be HACCP certified with more than 5 years experience in 5 stars restaurants in addition to opening experience.
