Full Description:

Emaar Hospitality owns and manages a diverse and award-winning portfolio of hospitality assets including Hotels, Serviced Residences, Golf Resorts, a Polo and Equestrian club, Health Clubs, the Dubai Marina and associated Yacht Club. The Address Hotel & Resorts operates a number of luxurious Angsana Spas within these leisure complexes. In addition, Emaar Hospitality has launched mall based stand-alone restaurant concepts.

We are currently looking for a Executive Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Primarily responsible in managing the department in line with Emaar Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest expectations. The Executive Chef is responsible to function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, and within the limits of established Emaar policies. Suitable candidate should be a graduate in Hotel & Tourism Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Personal Profile:
Executive Chef with a proven track record in managing a larger operations
Experience in managing Food Safety Standards, Audit, HACCP requirements as per UAE Law.
Preferably experience of working in leisure, travel, tourism or hospitality industry
Organised and demonstrates good planning skills
Ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced work environment
A Team player.
Should have excellent grooming standards
First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Fluent in spoken and written English
Should be excellent in using various computer packages
