Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Applies knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards to the queries raised and contracts referred
• Participate in the development of a standard engagement contract for each type of service offered by the firm and subsequently review, and respond to, requested modifications to those letters
• Review contracts that involve higher risk clients or engagements and/or nontraditional fee arrangements
• Advise on issues surrounding non-compliance with laws and regulation by clients
• Review of any other referred third party contracts.
• Identifies risk matters, suggests safeguards and escalates as appropriate
• Should have minimum of 2years work experience in a similar role.
• Must be a qualified legal personnel (Bachelors degree in Law, Masters degree in Law), with hands on experience in review of contracts
• Must be knowledgeable in the identification of risk arising from contracts and suggesting safeguards
• Must be bi-lingual (with ability to review and manage contracts in Arabic and English).
• Must have prior work experience in professional risk management and in a compliance function
