Working in the prestigious DIFC area, this is a blended position that will offer diversity and different challenges every day. The organisation is a global legal firm and is in the process of further establishing its presence in the Middle East region.

This is a key role for the business and the Executive Coordinator will be the backbone for the office and will play a pivotal part in helping manage and drive the business forward. It is multi faceted and is diverse blend of secretarial, office management, marketing and paralegal support.

Requirements

The role calls for an individual with exemplary secretarial skills as there will be the traditional element to the role such as diary management, travel arrangements and arranging meetings. Excellent IT skills are a must as there will be a large requirement for PowerPoint presentation production, together with the creation of documents and reports. Our client is also looking for a strong understanding of social media and its influence on helping grow the business and the incumbent will also play a large part in arranging events, managing promotions and driving marketing activity for the business.

This not a Legal Secretarial role but would be a wonderful opportunity for a Legal Secretary or PA who is seeking a more encompassing role and offers the opportunity to move away from core document production and billing which will not part of this role.
